Bill Pay Help
When you are accessing Bill Pay and your screen does not change, it
just flashes and stays where it is at, then follow the steps below to
make your bill pay work. I promise you, this works, I had to do it
to my home computer in order for it to work.

Open up Internet Explorer, then go to TOOLS,
INTERNET OPTIONS.

Then under Temporary Internet Files, click on DELETE
FILES. Then put a check mark in the Delete all offline Content,
and then click on Ok. That will take anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes
to run.

Now Close out back to your Internet Explorer home page.
Now go to http://www.wellingtonsb.com,
then into Internet Banking. Please click on Online Banking and Sign on
with your Customer ID and password. Then stop right there and follow
the steps below.

Note: (If you are running a pop up block program like google
or msn or yahoo pop up blocker, modify its settings to allow pops at this
time. If your are not and are running windows XP, go to step 5).

With Windows XP, you have a built in Popup blocker in
Internet Explorer. Click on TOOLS, POP-UP BLOCKER, & TURN OFF POP-UP
BLOCKER.

Now with using either step 4 or step 5, go to Online Services
and click on Bill Payment. That should take you into your bill payment to
fill out your profile or see your bill pay listing of accounts and information.
Once you are in, then go back to TOOLS, POP-UP BLOCKER, & TURN ON POP-UP
BLOCKER. IF you are using Google or MSN or Yahoo pop up blocker, now
modify its settings to back to block popups.

That will complete you and set your computer to allow bill
payment to work within Internet Explorer.
